We process your personal data only to the extent that is necessary for the operation of the sporting event, or is related to the service you use at the event. We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

In fulfilling its mission, Joycycling s.r.o. processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • Preparation of the start list
  • Preparation of starting numbers
  • Reservation of parking places
  • Questions sent via the contact form
  • Processing of race results
  • Announcement of race results
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Advertising and marketing purposes
  • Statistics
  1. Categories of persons whose personal data we process

The company Joycycling s.r.o. processes personal data of the following categories of persons (data subjects):

  • a participant in a sporting event
  • user using the contact form (question)

The company is also authorized to provide, for the purpose of proper organization of sports events, personal data to third parties:

  • Co-organizer of the event
  • Time keeping and results manager

The data is stored only for the time necessary in relation to the given personal data processing activity. We keep personal data that we process with your consent for the duration of the purpose for which consent was granted.

The data subject's right to information about the processing

The data subject has the right to information about how the administrator processes his personal data and how this processing is carried out.

Right of access to personal data

If the administrator processes the data subject's personal data, the data subject has the right to obtain a copy of it if he/she can sufficiently prove his/her identity.

Right to correction and addition

If the administrator processes incorrect or out-of-date personal data, he is obliged to correct them at the request of the data subject.

Right to erasure

If consent to processing has been granted and there is no other legal reason, or if the data subject believes that the administrator no longer needs his personal data (because the purpose for processing them has ceased), the subject has the right to request the termination of processing (the right to "be forgotten") and deletion of your personal data.

The right to object

The data subject can object to the processing of personal data concerning him, only in the case of processing that is carried out in the public interest or on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller.
